We remind you about our data collection policy when you fill out your details to join our newsletter. We do not share your information with third parties or send you communication without your prior consent - you must give us your consent to do so by submitting your email address in our newsletter sign-up form. Should you wish to terminate your subscription to our newsletter you will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter. If you wish to be removed from our user database at any time, please email us at info@maltingsartstheatre.co.uk and we will delete your details.

Legal Requirements
While it is unlikely, The Maltings Arts Theatre may be required to disclose your user data by a court order or to comply with other legal requirements. We will endeavour to inform you of this requirement wherever possible, unless we are legally restricted from doing so.
